Deposit and cancellation policy

Deposit

• To confirm your session, a deposit of 50% of your chosen price is needed. The rest can be paid in cash or transfer the day of the session. 

• The deposit is valid for one month after the payment.

• If the appointment is not scheduled during this period, the deposit will be lost.

Rescheduling​

​

If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so with at least 12 hours’ notice.
In this case, the deposit will be honored as long as the new date falls within the one-month validity period.

 

 

Late cancellations or no-shows

 

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as not attending the session, will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

 

Cancellations by the facilitator

If I need to cancel or reschedule the session, you may choose between:

• rescheduling at no additional cost, or

• a full refund of your deposit.
